Physiotherapy
Zoe Queally BSc (hons) MCSP SRP, Physiotherapist and specialist in the clinical application of Pilates.
Zoe is a UK trained Chartered Physiotherapist with 14 years of clinical experience. She is a clinical specialist for:
- spinal problems
- sports injuries
- repetitive strain injuries.
Over the years she has worked in many clinics and hospitals throughout London alongside some of the UK´s top Spinal, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons as well as respected Sports Physicians.
She has treated numerous athletes and sportsmen both amateur and professional, including dancers, climbers, martial artists, footballers, marathon runners, tri-athletes and rugby players from Blackheath rugby club and the England ladies national rugby team.
A large part of her day to day caseload however consists of people whom work hard in front of their computers for many hours and pick up repetitive strain injuries and postural neck and back problems.
Zoe has a passion for physiotherapy and loves striving to deliver the perfect combination of techniques which may include massage, osteopathy, acupuncture, and pilates to every patient that walks through the door. This may be someone with a first time injury or someone with a chronic problem that has been to many different therapists in the past with little success. Zoe believes that the key to success is a thorough assessment. Every person is unique and will have a different set of circumstances and symptoms. Bring on the challenge!

At University College Hospital she has presented courses to physiotherapists on the lumbar spine, the pelvis and the sporting shoulder. Zoe developed her interest in muscle imbalance, and later Pilates, having trained extensively with The Kinetic Control Group, The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and more recently DMA Pilates.
Course Coordinators:
Spain and Portugal – Kristin Hjorth

In 2005, Kristin went for a trip to Barcelona. Now, five years later, she is still here.
She brought some good things with her from Sweden; like the interest in seeing the world, sewing little bags, painting, and creating tasty vegetarian dishes.
Other, great things were found on the way; like wellbeing through the practice of Yoga, manual therapy skills through the studies of Thai Massage and Reflexology, the blue sky…and Zoe Queally!
Since getting to know Zoe in 2008, Kristin has been the Fisioplus Pilates’ course coordinator and administrative support. She is the one to contact when you want to organize a Fisioplus Pilates event or sign up for a course in Spain, and can be reached by email at fisiopluspilates@gmail.com
